Our visit to HPB

Our visit to Health Zone at HPB was fun and educational. It is Singapore's onlyone-stop healthy lifestyle exhibition centre. It was in line with our current theme, Myself (My Body). The purpose was for the children to gain an awareness on healthy lifestyle that are achievable. In short, live happily and perhaps, longer!

HealthZone comprises a permanent exhibition and four multimedia classrooms known as Health Studios. Through interactive displays and life-sized models, HealthZone educates the children on the importance of healthy living. We were delighted to visit the Tooth Terrain and learned more about caring for our teeth. We also stopped over at the Vision Vista, where there was a life-sized eyeball. We could see clearly and identified parts of the eye. We also visited the Happiness Hall, where we sat in a Relaxing Room to "de-stress", listening to soothing music.

We missed out the Exciting Eatery and the Playground. We hoped to visit it in our next excursion.
